I ordered my wedding bouquet from this business and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a messy-style bridal bouquet, but the first bouquet I received was small and not what I asked for. My brother took it back to be fixed, and instead they sent back what looked more like a centerpiece with flowers placed into foam. I called and explained that this was already the second time it was wrong. Because it was my wedding day, my coordinator then had to drive all the way back to Dearborn to get it fixed again. Instead of remaking the bouquet properly, they taped stems onto the arrangement, and because the flowers were still placed into foam, some kept falling out. Some of the flowers also did not look fresh and already had browning on them. I’m including pictures of what I received before and after it was “fixed.” Neither one was what I originally asked for. This was my wedding bouquet, so having to deal with this multiple times on my wedding day was very frustrating and disappointing.

My family had ordered me two bouquets for graduation, and I was happy once they arrived at my grad and handed to me I was DISAPPOINTED they were DEAD. The flowers were hanging on dear life, not a life in them and they didn’t even last an hour. Tossed them in the trash ! I’m never coming back here Below is one of them because the other I threw away and here’s this after a day .. wth??

Needed a dozen roses last minute, so I came here because I know they do a great job. I got it in less 10 minutes. Super kind, reasonably priced! Love them!

There is no better wedding florist in the Detroit area! Hajji Wafa, Haidar, and the entire team absolutely spoiled us and gave me beyond what I could’ve asked for or dreamed of. My bridal bouquet was beautiful (and massive), every floral arrangement in the hall was full and fresh, and the stage and entrance were exactly as I drew them. Everyone who took flowers home said they lasted over one week because they were so fresh. Best in the business, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

I’m completely disappointed with my experience at Flowers by Renee. I’ve always wanted to order from this place but never had the chance to until recently. I went in the day before to place an order for a bridal bouquet as a surprise for my aunt. I carefully explained exactly what I wanted, an all neutral pink and white bouquet , and even showed the lady a photo for reference. She reassured me it would be ready by 4:30 PM the next day. When I arrived around 4:20 PM, the bouquet I received was nothing like what I requested. It was huge, filled with bright pink and purple flowers, and many of them looked half-dead. I was already stressed and running late, and this was the last thing I expected to deal with. A man came out and told me they “didn’t have any more pink flowers,” which is why they used the vibrant ones. I was shocked — if that was the case, they should have called me so I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I had to wait another 40 minutes while they tried to fix it, sitting and waiting in the front while they were all laughing as if I had all the time in the world.
